1. Website owner

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the website. By visiting it, users agree to act lawfully, respect third-party rights and comply with these terms.

The website presents Moovia.ai, its areas of activity and contact channels. It is not a transactional platform and does not allow users to purchase services directly.

3. Content and no professional advice

Content is provided solely for general information and description. It is not legal, tax, financial, technical or other professional advice, a binding offer or a guarantee of results.

Any engagement will be governed by a separate agreement tailored to the client’s needs, context and objectives.

4. Permitted use

Users must not use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that could compromise its security, availability or integrity.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with infrastructure or bypass security measures.
• Do not systematically extract, reproduce or reuse content and assets without permission.

The website links to third-party services, including Calendly for booking a call. Following an external link means leaving Moovia.ai; the relevant provider’s terms and notices then apply.

BEMA SRL does not control external content, availability or practices and is not responsible for activities independently carried out by those providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEMA SRL is not liable for indirect loss, loss of opportunity or consequences arising from reliance on informational content, website unavailability or use of external services.

Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Pisa has exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory rules require a different court, including the consumer’s local court where applicable. In case of inconsistency, the Italian version prevails, subject to mandatory protections.
